Cedar Lake Campground

"York County's First & Finest!"

About Us & Campground Rules

Wile away the hours at Cedar Lake Campground. Family owned and operated for more than 25 years, Cedar Lake offers fun for one and all. From the 9 acres of lakes to the hiking and biking trails, there's something for everyone.
Situated on 98 beautiful acres, Cedar Lake has primitive camping as well as sites with full accommodations. Electrical and sewer hookups, hot showers, laundromat and a dumping station are all on site to add to your camping experience. Fun family activities in the pavilion and throughout the campgrounds all add to the ambience. Sunday services are held weekly on site in the campground church.
If fishing for trout, bass, catfish, perch, and blue gills or hiking aren’t your forte, you can try swimming in the 20’ x 50’ in-ground pool. (
Swim at your own risk: NO lifeguard)
Venture over to the playground for a game of basketball or perhaps volleyball is more your style. Try your hand at a game of horseshoes with a friend. The kids can spend some time on the swings, then sliding board or even the jungle gym.
The snack bar has a full variety of summer goodies from sandwiches and cold drinks to a good hot meal for those too busy having fun to cook. Maybe just a dessert is all you need like hand-dipped ice cream featuring milkshakes, sundaes and, of course, banana splits.
Visiting the camp store could get you everything you need for your stay from groceries, ice and firewood to propane or stop by Baskets-N-More Gift Shoppe, open year round, to purchase a candle, a garden flag, a Boyd's Bear collectible or something else crafty from their vast selection. You can also visit Jake’s Choo Choo Barn for a look at a wonderful train display engineered by Jake himself and his lovely wife Kim. T-shirt and key chain souvenirs available.
